Condensate Treatment

CompAir offers a wide range of condensate treatment equipment, including CSEP Oil/Water separators, CNNL electronic zero-air-loss condensate drains, CMBL magnetically operated level-sensed drains, and the CSLV and CSLVE compressed air energy-saving systems. These high-performance solutions enable the safe and efficient removal of condensate.

Nitrogen Generators

CompAir’s environmentally-friendly nitrogen generators have a capacity range from 1 up to 1150 Nm³/hour and from 95% to 99.9995% purity. The PSA generators boast a robust design and a built-in purity analyser for constant 24/7 monitoring and operation. Their unique composition enables a consistent, high flow rate of nitrogen with a minimum footprint. The presence of molecular sieve protection from moisture substantially lowers the cost of the generators, which are renowned for having a rapid return on investment of typically less than 24 months.

Compressed Air Filtration

CompAir’s expert range of filtration systems includes the CF-Series, high-temperature and high-pressure filters and the X-Series of water separators. All of these filtration solutions are certified by a third party under ISO 12500-1 and guarantee high-quality, clean air, as defined by ISO 8573.1:2010.
